If you do not have supplementary insurance, you will have to pay for the treatment yourself.
For so-called “chronic conditions” that are included on the list of chronic physiotherapy indications, a referral from a doctor is required. Reimbursement from the basic insurance starts after the twentieth treatment. This means that the first twenty treatments for this indication are covered by the supplementary insurance or must be paid by yourself.
Cancelling an appointment
If you cancel your appointment by phone at least 24 hours in advance, the reserved time will not be charged. If you cancel too late or do not show up, we will charge 100% of the treatment fee.
